
Since childhood I've passed by quirky city buildings and dreamed of living on the top floor. The best example of this is the original Pizza Uno in Chicago. I still think the top floor looks like the perfect little studio. Like the building above, it's probably used for storage. But maybe it's a painting or photography studio (I imagine something artsy given the golden curtains). This is New York, after all, and any space can, and will, be made habitable.
